ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
To submit an abstract, you must first create an account. Then, abstracts can be submitted in the 'My Submission' section of this website by filling in the required fields.
It is possible to attach an image to the abstract (remember to include the image caption).
Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.

Deadline for abstract submission : April 23th 2025
Notifications for oral presentations will be given by the end of May 2025
Deadline for registration : June 15th 2025
